Good news for all those who book their ticket on-line via app or website, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Limited will soon launch its new ticket booking app called IRCTC Rail Connect. An app will be launched on 10th January by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
According to sources new app called IRCTC Rail Connect includes several new features like faster booking process and improvements in User Interface. IRCTC existing version of app have several issues which is pending to upgrade long time.
IRCTC, which handles online train ticket bookings, will formally unveil the IRCTC Rail Connect App next week to cater to the growing demand of passengers to make the ticketing app more user-friendly and faster. IRCTC includes all the existing features like search and spot the train, reservation and cancellation of tickets and several other features which is soon to be unveil.
But biggest upgrade of this app is using the next generation e-ticket system which prevents users to enter their details again and again. It also synchronize with the website also which is unavailable in current version of app.
