On 9th August 2017, Panasonic India has launched two new smartphones named the Eluga A3 and Eluga A3 Pro. Both the phones are now available for purchase in all Panasonic brand shops and other retail stores across the company. Both the phones come with ARBO Virtual Assistant and are priced at 11,290 and at 12,790 respectively.

We believe our in-house developed artificial intelligence (AI)-based virtual assistant—Arbo will be a differentiator. Today, software’s comprising of applications and user-interface (UI) have become the deciding factor to upgrade yourself to the next level of technology. Customers will continue to look for technology which will shape the product interface and the way we interact with our smartphones.
Both the Eluga A3 and Eluga A3 Pro feature a full-metal body design with a front mounted fingerprint scanner. The Panasonic Eluga A3 and A3 Pro are available in three color variants Mocha Gold, Gold and Grey. Both the phones sport 5.2-inch Full HD display with Asahi Dragon Trial glass and run on Android 7.0 Nougat.
Both the phones are very similar in terms of specifications, the only difference between both the phones in term of their processor and internal memory. A3 is powered by Quad-core 1.25GHz, MT6737 and packs with 3GB RAM and 16GB ROM which is expandable upto 128GB via microSD Card while A3 Pro is powered by Octa-core 1.3GHz, MTK6753 and packs with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM which is expandable upto 128GB via microSD Card.
Both the phones have a 13MP Rear Camera with PDAF and LED flash and an 8MP front camera and packs with 4000mAh battery. Connectivity options in both phones are 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB 2.0, front-facing fingerprint sensor, OTG, dual-SIM, GPS and WiFi.
