The telecom sector has now become the pitch of new plans and offers to lure customers. Now, Vodafone has launched its new prepaid plans 458 and 509 with unlimited calling and extra data in order to challenge Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Idea, BSNL, etc.

Both Vodafone 458 and 509 offers have come with unlimited calling, free SMS and 1GB data of 4G data per day.

How to avail the prepaid plans?
- Both the plans are available only to selected customers on pan-India basis and it is expected that these plans will soon be available to all of us.
- Prepaid users must check the MyVodafone app or call the customer care to check if these offers are available to them.
Vodafone v/s Reliance Jio
Reliance Jio, in comparison to above Vodafone prepaid plans, has cheaper plans: 459 and 509 plan. Both the plans are for prepaid users and offers unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and access to Jio apps. Lets’ check the difference among the Jio plans:
- Data: 459 plan offers 1GB daily data while the Rs 509 plan offers 2GB daily data.
- Free Limit: There is no talk time limit and the usage of data beyond the minimum free data is also unlimited. Though, after the daily limit at high speed, the users will get unlimited internet at 64 kbps.
- Validity: The 459 Jio plan comes with 84 days of validity & the 509 plan has 49 days of validity.
