Xperia XA1 Ultra comes with 6 inch bigger full HD display, border less polished design, aluminum sides, edge to edge screen, 2.5D glass. The main USP factor of this device is its flagship cameras, 23MP rear camera comes with f/2.0 aperture, Exmor RS™ sensor, hybrid autofocus, steady shot feature and wide angle 16MP front camera comes with f/2.0 aperture, exmor R sensor and OIS (Optical Image Stabilizer) with smart selfie flash. Hence the company says that BIG DESIGN FOR BIG MOMENTS.
Xperia XA1 Ultra is powered by MediaTek Helio P20 Octa-Core 64bit (Quad Core 2.3GHz + Quad Core 1.6GHz) processor and 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 256GB. It also comes with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, gorila glass screen protection and a mini-display feature for single-hand interaction.

XA1 Ultra comes with 2700 mAh battery with Qnovo adaptive charging feature. This feature adjust currents during charges which prevents battery, avoid damages and maximize battery life span. It also feature Stamina Mode which saves a battery and keeps it for longer time.
