Popular online business networking service LinkedIn has launched in India a “lite” version of its website for mobile browsing.
Microsoft owned company said on monday the version was aimed at helping users to browse its website faster on their smartphone. This app is four times faster than the browsing the website of LinkedIn.
At an event in Bengaluru, Akshay Kothari, the company’s country manager and head of products for India said “The version will be available in the next few weeks”.
Last year LinkedIn forces to remove their because of unfriendly user experience with their website. So now they came with all new strategy with their app section.
With the announcement of LinkedIn lite, LinkedIn corporation also launched two more services on Monday – LinkedIn Placements which is aimed to get students looking for jobs while LinkedIn Starter Pack will connect startup and small mid size business with job seekers.
