Gionee, the Chinese Company will launch its new smartphone Gionee S8 with 3D touch in India on 9th August 2016. The smartphone was launched at MWC this year. The Gionee S8 has a feature similar to Apple’s 3D Touch, but limited to just menus. The display of this phone can recognize three types of forces – Touch, Select and Tap. Touch to select, Tap to preview and hard press to run. It features fingerprint sensor on the home button. Gionee S8 comes with dual SIM support and the most attractive feature, the Gionee S8 will support two WhatsApp accounts and two WeChat accounts on a single device.
The Gionee S8 is powered by octa-core Mediatek Helio P10 processor with 4GB RAM. Gionee S8 is slim and having metal body which is first with an invisible design. The phone will come with 5.5-inch colorful water drop display with 2.5D glass and smallest AMOLCD at 0.693 m.m.
