It’s a unique ICAR- Public Interface that will provide direct and effective solutions to the problems faced by farmers and stakeholders in the agriculture sector.
Through this e-Krishi Samvad portal, farmers and stakeholders can directly approach to ICAR through ICAR-Public Interface (http://qms.icar.gov.in) and can get appropriate solutions from the subject matter specialists and institutes through web or SMS for their problems.

The portal is recently launched by Mr. Radha Mohan Singh, the Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare at Krishi Bhawan in New Delhi.
The stakeholders can upload photographs related to diseases of the crops, animals or fishes for diagnostics and remedial measures instantly from the specialists.
Those who have internet facility on the mobile phone can also avail this facility.
